McGrath and Knight Frank establish another 4 dual-branded offices, all located in Queensland

Australia – McGrath and Knight Frank have established four dual-branded offices in Queensland’s Wide Bay-Fraser Coast region, north of Brisbane.

The move brings the number of offices for the two brands combined in Australia to five, and significantly bolsters the offering of real estate services for clients in the growing Wide Bay-Fraser Coast region across both residential and commercial property by combining two of the strongest real estate brands in Australia.

The four new McGrath Knight Frank dual-branded franchises will be located in Bundaberg, Gladstone, Maryborough and Hervey Bay.

They will be headed up by existing McGrath franchisee Ainsley Driver, who has more than 22 years of experience in real estate in the Wide Bay-Fraser Coast area.

Mr Driver currently heads up McGrath franchises in Bundaberg and Gladstone, which will rebrand to McGrath Knight Frank, while a PRD office in Maryborough will also rebrand. A new office will open in Hervey Bay under the dual brand.
