McGrath appointed Sales Partner for The Vintage in Pokolbin
The Stevens Group has appointed McGrath Estate Agents as sales agent for The Vintage, located at Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley. The partnership marks a new chapter for the community, with sales having been managed by the Stevens Group since 2000.
McGrath’s appointment comes ahead of a significant period of growth for The Vintage. The Stevens Group has chosen to focus on the continuing development of The Vintage as the Hunter Valley’s premier residential community, with McGrath taking on sales and marketing duties.
As the region’s leading real estate agent, Stevens Group CEO Michael O’Brien said McGrath was the obvious choice.
“We’re very protective of The Vintage community. McGrath’s reputation and expertise allows us to continue to deliver the best in terms of service to The Vintage community,” he said.
Over the past 26 years, The Vintage has become one of NSW’s most sought-after community developments through its world-class residential offerings, five-star leisure facilities and dining options and the award-winning 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman.
The Cedars, a new site overlooking the championship course, represents the next generation of The Vintage and the first opportunity for McGrath.
With a great depth of experience across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and backed by the reach and marketing strength of a national brand, McGrath’s combination of local knowledge, premium marketing and a connected network is expected to drive strong results for both buyers and sellers in the community.
“The Vintage is a very special part of the Hunter, and when it comes to real estate it deserves a special approach,” said Jaimie Woodcock, Jaimie Woodcock, Managing Principal of McGrath Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and Newcastle.
“We’re extremely proud to be partnering with the Stevens Group and to be a part of the close-knit community at The Vintage. It’s an exciting opportunity for us, and we look forward to getting to know the local residents and providing them with a valuable service.”
Founded in 1982 by John Stevens, the Stevens Group is one of NSW’s leading privately owned property development companies. Its portfolio includes retail, industrial, childcare, medical, hospitality and retirement living, as well as residential communities such as The Vintage. Established in 2000, the Hunter Valley community remains the jewel in the Stevens Group’s crown, renowned for its design excellence and exceptional lifestyle for all walks of life.
Mr Woodcock said The Vintage is in good hands: “We have great respect for everything the Stevens Group has achieved here, and they’ve set a high standard for us to match. As The Vintage continues to grow, we have hit the ground running and are delivering for the community.
