McGrath and Knight Frank grow dual-branded network with Newcastle office

McGrath and Knight Frank are joining forces in Newcastle to create the sixth dual-branded office for the two agencies, and the only office in the regional New South Wales city providing the full suite of commercial and residential property services for clients.

The relocation will bring together the two brands in one office branded McGrath Knight Frank Newcastle, located on level 2 at 168 Parry Street.

Knight Frank’s existing Newcastle franchise, headed up by Ross Cooper, has been operating for more than two decades. The Knight Frank franchise also has two offices on the Central Coast, located at Tuggerah and Gosford.

For McGrath, the Newcastle office is the 10th location across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter Valley area headed up by Jaimie Woodcock, who has been operating in the region for 26 years.

Mr Cooper said he was excited to be working alongside McGrath to offer both commercial and residential property services to clients in the Lower Hunter.
