The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook and BBQ up a storm. Low-fi living and dining areas include plenty of space for four people to lounge, read, and make memories.

The separate laundry room includes a beach shower, backyard furniture including benches, stools, an outdoor mat, chairs, a four seat table, outdoor games, a surfboard, a mountain bike, a full size BBQ, washer, a high chair and ZeroCo cleaning equipment. Totem tennis and backyard cricket games are available for your use.

There's also additional secure space on the property to store your own surfboards, bikes, and kayaks.

The huge level and fully fenced oasis style backyard awaits your pets, children, backyard games like totem tennis or cricket and afternoon BBQ's and a beverage or three. An old Hills Hoist takes you back in time.

The front yard is manicured with enough space for two cars in the driveway and a small boat on the grass which you can use the boat ramp 500metres away to launch into the creek.
