With 25 years’ experience in real estate, I have built my career across sales support, marketing and database management, working with both leading agency networks and independent brands. I am delighted to be back with McGrath, a business I greatly respect for its professionalism, strength of brand and commitment to excellence.

I have a genuine passion for the strategic and operational side of real estate, supporting sales teams to remain focused, organised and proactive. I believe every property and vendor is different, and the best results come from a considered, tailored strategy that connects each campaign with the right audience and identifies both active and emerging buyers.

Prior to real estate, I worked in the five-star hotel industry, where I developed a strong appreciation for exceptional service, attention to detail and anticipating clients’ needs. These principles align naturally with McGrath St Kilda’s commitment to integrity, empathy and outstanding results.

Outside of work, I enjoy being part of the local community and live nearby in Balaclava. You’ll often find me walking locally, at yoga, catching up with friends over coffee or dinner, or enjoying live music around St Kilda.
