Diving straight into the Real Estate world following 18 years as a UK-qualified Dietitian, Sharmain’s passion and drive are evident as she starts this journey working for Tina Bligh, alongside the Cindy Kennedy team in Balmain.

Sharmain is a ‘people person’; her excellent communication skills, down to earth and empathetic temperament will greet you at every encounter.

She has joined the team to support Tina Bligh and her clients in achieving their real estate dreams. Her efficient problem-solving approach serves to ensure all of Tina’s deals are completed in an organised and solution-orientated manner, that all of our customers will value.

Sharmain brings with her, a long-standing interest in real estate property and a vision to create homes. Specifically, her own experience of buying, renovating and managing several UK properties as buy-to-let and Airbnb investments has led her to her role at McGrath.

Sharmain is excited to learn more about Balmain and meet the residents new and old.
