Serena Wright is the engine room of McGrath Wantirna, a dedicated administration professional with eight years in real estate and a genuine connection to the community she serves. A proud Boronia local of more than 20 years, Serena brings warmth, reliability and an unwavering commitment to the client experience.

Recognised as the 2025 Administrator of the Year, a company award winner in both 2022 and 2024, and a finalist for Sales Admin of the Year in 2025, Serena is known for her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for every client who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Serena volunteers for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal, manages her son's junior football team and serves on her children's school council. When she's not on the sideline, you'll find her enjoying good company and an excellent charcuterie board.
