Having progressed from reception through to assistant property manager, leasing, sales administration and property management, Sam understands the importance of communication, trust, honesty and integrity in delivering exceptional service.

What drew Sam to McGrath was the company's commitment to valuing its Property Management team just as highly as its Sales team, reflecting a culture that genuinely supports both its people and its clients.

Outside the office, Sam enjoys training for Hyrox with friends, camping and hiking with her family, and is rarely without a good book in hand. A proud mum of two, she's also excitedly planning her 2027 wedding. And if there's one part of her role that never fails to make her smile, it's meeting the four-legged family members during routine inspections!
