Before joining the team at McGrath, Rowena developed her real estate career at LJ Hooker in Avalon where she spent five years. Prior to working in real estate, Rowena worked for over a decade at Citigroup as a HR specialist, developing a people-centred skill set, love of teamwork and the ability to deliver honest, clear appraisals in a compassionate way.
