His attention to detail and calm, solutions-focused approach help streamline the journey from first inspection through to successful purchase.

Fluent in Mandarin, Richard is also able to communicate effectively with our international and local Chinese-speaking buyers, helping bridge any language gaps and ensuring clear understanding throughout the entire process.
