Prior to joining McGrath, Phil spent more than 11 years as Sales Manager for a leading motorcycle dealership, where he earned a reputation for building lasting client relationships, providing trusted advice and consistently delivering exceptional outcomes. His strong negotiation skills, approachable nature, and customer-first mindset have been key to his success throughout his career.

Before transitioning into sales leadership, Phil enjoyed an accomplished career in professional motorsport. Competing in Motocross, Supercross and Off-Road Enduro events, he represented Australia on the world stage and proudly helped Team Australia achieve third place at the prestigious International Six Days Enduro (ISDE), where he was also awarded an individual Gold Medal for his outstanding performance.
