A licensed agent, Nikki works across all areas serviced by the Armidale team, creating the strong systems, supportive culture and operational discipline that enable both people and the business to thrive.

Calm, collaborative and strategically minded, Nikki has built and supported high-performing teams, led organisations through periods of change and delivered positive business outcomes. She is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management through the University of New England and holds a Master of Management from the University of Southern Queensland. Her professional development also spans leadership, compliance, change management and stakeholder engagement.

Recently relocated to the New England region, Nikki is committed to building meaningful community connections and contributing to its continued growth. Having held a range of hockey administration and volunteer leadership roles, she values lifelong learning, mentoring others and bringing people together.
