Entering the real estate industry in 1995, Nigel McAllister brings a wealth of knowledge to all clients he represents. In 2001 Nigel obtained his real estate licence and began auctioneering after winning the Real Estate Institute's novice auctioneers competition. Continually aiming to achieve higher, Nigel demonstrated his success in the 2013/2014 financial year being the only agent in McGrath Sutherland Shire to auction more than 20 properties with a 100 percent clearance rate. Nigel was also awarded with McGrath Sutherland Shire's highest auction clearance rate in 2015, 2017 and 2018. Now with vast experience across a broad range of suburbs, Nigel has achieved house price records in Kangaroo Point, Sylvania, Kareela, Como, Bonnet Bay, Sans Souci, Sandringham and Brighton Le Sand.
