Natalie Shand works closely with Director Paul Bond, supporting client relationships, campaign coordination and sales activity throughout the property journey. After completing a degree in International Relations at RMIT, Natalie moved into real estate, where her interest in people and property has become central to her role.

Exceptionally organised and highly communicative, Natalie is focused on maximising value while helping minimise stress for clients. Her role includes managing marketing materials, overseeing documentation and building rapport with buyers from open-for-inspection through to auction day.
