Mikayla Wise is the Operations Manager across the Manly, The Forest and St Ives offices, bringing five years of real estate experience and a deep understanding of business operations to her role. Having spent her career with McGrath, Mikayla began as a Front Office Manager before progressing into a corporate Agent Services role, supporting the Company Owned offices across Sydney and Brisbane. She later transitioned into Operations Manager following the establishment of the Coast & Canopy franchise group.

Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, Mikayla has a strong connection to the area and is passionate about supporting the people and communities she calls home. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenge of identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery. Known for her dependable, confident and solution-driven approach, Mikayla is committed to providing exceptional support to agents, property managers and clients alike.
