Her career began in strata management in Sydney, progressing to Licensee in Charge of a strata firm on the Central Coast before expanding into property management and residential sales. Michelle also holds a Stock and Station Licence and has strengthened her industry expertise through four years in community leasing with the City of Newcastle.

Originally from the Central Coast, Michelle has been a proud Hunter Valley local for more than 23 years, with a brief relocation to the New England region.
