Mel brings a well-rounded background and a genuine passion for real estate to her role as Sales Associate to Mark Saveall at McGrath Estate Agents, servicing Labrador and Southport.

Beginning her career at just 18 in property management, Mel gained hands-on experience across multiple roles including leasing consultant, receptionist and assistant property manager. This early exposure laid a strong foundation in client service, organisation and attention to detail.

She later progressed into an Executive Assistant position, where she supported two lead agents in the Nerang and Highland Park areas for 18 months. During this time, she refined her skills in client communication, campaign coordination and high-level administration, playing a key role in delivering seamless sales experiences.

Now working alongside Mark Saveall, Mel continues to build on her experience within the sales environment, supporting clients and ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish as she is a natural people person with a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their property journey.
