Beginning her real estate career with McGrath Mackay, Matilda values being part of a supportive, close-knit team that encourages learning and development. With previous experience in reception, she brings strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills to her position.

Matilda enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. She is guided by values of adaptability, understanding, and reassurance, always aiming to make clients feel comfortable and supported.

Outside of work, Matilda enjoys spontaneous drives to discover new places, spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home with her cat, and continuing her love of travel—having explored five countries overseas so far and looking forward to many more adventures ahead.
