Kodi Brettle is the Assistant Property Manager and Front Office Manager at McGrath, supporting clients throughout Nambucca Heads and the wider Nambucca Valley. Having lived in the area for most of her life, Kodi brings strong local knowledge and a genuine understanding of the community she proudly calls home.

Her real estate journey began as a School Based Trainee before progressing into a Field Services Officer role and now into her current position as Assistant Property Manager and Front Office Manager. This hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business has given Kodi a well-rounded understanding of property management and the client experience.

Kodi is passionate about building relationships, helping people navigate their property journey, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Known for her helpful nature and strong communication skills, she is committed to creating positive experiences for both property owners and tenants.

Currently working towards obtaining her Real Estate Licence, Kodi continues to invest in her professional development and industry knowledge. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, spending time with friends, and exploring new adventures.
