Kimberley Virtue is the Head of Property Management at McGrath Northern Rivers. With over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has long been a respected leader within the business, known for her strategic thinking, industry insight, and unwavering focus on people. Kimberley’s journey began in 2000, specializing in Property Management in the Northern Rivers, where she spent 16 years in Bangalow before joining the Lennox team in 2019. In December 2023, she played a pivotal role in the merger with the McGrath Northern Rivers Group, transitioning from Senior Property Manager to Team Leader.

In 2025, Kimberley was promoted to Head of Property Management, where she leads a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service, strengthening client relationships, and driving innovation. Her approach is grounded in her commitment to team culture, enhancing the customer experience, and continuing the legacy of outstanding service in the Northern Rivers region.
