Katherine was appointed Head of Company Owned Property Management for McGrath Limited in October 2022. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the sector, Katherine is one of the leading real estate minds in property management. She is responsible for overseeing the company-owned property management business across NSW and QLD, where she focuses on growth strategies, customer experience and people and culture. Katherine commenced with McGrath in 2008, and soon managed the largest portfolio within the company. In 2016, Katherine was appointed to a General Manager overseeing 4,000 managements in McGrath’s company-owned portfolio. She has won numerous accolades including winning 2011 REINSW Award for Excellence in Residential Property Management.
