Jay’s leadership is exemplified by his successful launch of five real estate offices, including Harcourts Ascot, Style Brisbane City, Watt Brisbane, PRD Bribie Island, and Re/Max Beachmere. At Re/Max, Jay’s team grew their rental portfolio by 200 properties in just one year, demonstrating his ability to drive growth while maintaining a customer-first focus.

Additionally, Jay has trained hundreds of agents in Property Management and Trust Accounting Compliance, raising industry standards as a trust account trainer and auditor for Console. His expertise ensures clients receive trusted guidance in navigating complex real estate regulations with exceptional, results-driven service.
