Born and raised in the Knox area, James Diab has called this community home for 38 years — and that lifetime of local knowledge is the foundation of everything he does. With 11 years working in real estate, all of them spent in this area, James has built a business grounded in honest advice, strong negotiation, and relationships built on trust.
Having lived in the Knox area for the entirety of his life, James genuinely understands the people, lifestyle, and community that make it such a great place to live. He enjoys working with a broad range of clients — from first home buyers and young families through to long-term locals looking to upsize, downsize, or invest. A career highlight was being recognised with a "Changed Agent" award, reflecting his commitment to growth, adaptability, and client service. He continues to invest in his craft through ongoing training focused on negotiation, auction campaigns, buyer psychology, communication, and market strategy. Outside of real estate, James enjoys time with family and friends, following sport, travelling, and exploring different food cuisines and cultures.
