Meet Charlie Delaney, an award-winning real estate agent with 18 years’ experience including, in the world’s toughest property market - New York.

Born and bred in rural NSW, Charlie completed a teaching degree before moving to Manly, where she raised a family, prior to taking up an opportunity in the USA. Now having returned to the Northern Beaches, she enjoys all it has to offer and has become well entrenched in the Beaches Real Estate market. She is a licenced Real Estate Agent with a Bachelor of Education, training in Architectural drawing and design and AutoCAD and a graduate of the world-renowned Ninja Selling School.

Charlie’s tertiary achievements are complemented by her values, fascination of architecture, local knowledge and world-class negotiating techniques.
