Carol’s role is to ensure the back office is running smoothly by coordinating administrative procedures for the Property Management Department. Carol is also in charge of the vital job of managing rental payments and accounts. She receipts rental payments and monitors rental arrears on a daily basis, and performs the weekly disbursements to our Owners. Carol has had a varied career which includes years of administration experience as well as running her own business. When Carol joined us as receptionist in January 2012, she had already worked for several years in the Property Management industry. Carol’s dedication, adaptability and positive attitude has resulted in promotion to the trusted position she excels in today.
