Briana began her Real Estate career directly after graduating high school in 2000. Having accrued over 20 year’s experience across the industry including roles in sales, property management and administration with Doyle Spillane, Dee Why, she successfully re-obtained her Real Estate Licence in 2025.

Joining Team Baker in early 2022 as a Client Services Manager, Briana’s exceptional organisational skills help drive her unwavering focus to see tasks through. With an intimate understanding of the local industry, Briana relishes the satisfaction she derives - from both work and the social interaction with clients and co-workers - to be the most rewarding aspects of her job. Briana perfectly complements the hardworking McGrath Pittwater culture - her aptitude and attention to detail is key to the smooth day-to-day operations of Team Baker.
