Anna Shilland is a highly experienced Senior Property Manager based at the Long Jetty office, bringing more than a decade of real estate experience to her role. She began her career in 2012 in an administrative position and, through dedication and a strong work ethic, progressed into property management. Over the years, Anna has built a reputation for delivering dependable results and providing a high level of service.

Throughout her career, Anna has demonstrated a consistent commitment to clear communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Her strong performance was recognised in 2015 when she received the Chairman’s Club Award, highlighting her dedication and success within the industry.

As a Senior Property Manager, Anna oversees the day-to-day management of residential investment properties, ensuring each is managed with care, compliance and efficiency while helping investors protect and maximise the value of their assets.

Originally from Sydney, Anna relocated to the Central Coast with her family and is proud to now call the region home. She joined McGrath for its strong reputation, supportive team culture, and commitment to delivering premium service.
