Those who met Ian early in his career say he combined ‘an unusual set of attributes’, noting that he was ‘highly motivated and perceptive but also calm, tolerant and adaptable’. Renowned for his expertise and experience, he has achieved many successes and he’s held in high regard within the industry. He has been the keynote speaker at numerous National Real Estate Conferences. In May 2011, after 28 years at the helm of the company he founded, Ian made the decision to step down from the role and hand over to his son David. Ian had often said ‘I wish I was a salesperson in this modern era of technology and marketing excellence’.
