Rachel prides herself on her personable and professional approach enabling her to meet the needs of both landlords and tenants, ensuring they feel cared for and valued. She strives to provide six-star service in every aspect of her role and is continually updating her knowledge of all tenancy legislation. Rachel has a passion for property, having previously renovated and built homes, she has gained additional practical knowledge to assist with maintenance and troubleshooting problems as they may arise. When Rachel is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
