Paris joined the McGrath Gold Coast North team as a Front Office Manager, providing essential support to agents across a broad range of duties. Her professionalism, adaptability, and strong operational awareness ensure the seamless running of front of house functions and contribute to the team's overall success.

Paris began her real estate career straight out of school, as a reception and administration assistant. In this role, she supported agents with daily operations, managed high volume enquiries, handled cold calls, and assisted at weekend open homes—building strong foundations in customer service, communication, and sales support.

After a short break from the industry, she returned to real estate in a combined reception and property management assistant position. Her dedication, organisation, and client focused approach quickly led to her promotion to Property Manager. In this role, she refined her expertise in tenant relations, leasing processes, and managing the fast paced demands of property management, further strengthening her understanding of the end to end real estate experience.
