Siobhan Ferguson

An integral part of the Tammy Hawkins’ sales team at McGrath Newcastle, Siobhan started her journey in real estate in 2015. With a varied path including everything from hospitality, journalism, television and primary school teaching, Siobhan has finally found her calling in real estate. In 2015 Siobhan began working as a real estate copywriter, strengthening her knowledge of the Newcastle property market and building relationships with local agents. From there it was a natural progression to becoming a buyer’s agent and eventually a Sales Associate with one of the area’s best known and most trusted agencies, McGrath Newcastle. A born and bred Novocastrian, Siobhan is passionate about Newcastle and knows the local property market inside and out. She boasts exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with vendors and buyers alike and elicit great results.
