Artarmon’s most noted landmark is the small Village Green shopping strip surrounding the railway station. Artarmon is split into three sections. On one side of the Cahill Expressway is a light industrial area. On the other side is the residential area where apartments dominate the north side of the train line and houses dominate the south side.
