Named after the steamer “Collaroy” which ran aground on Long Reef at the southern point of the suburb in 1881, Collaroy has developed from a quiet farming area to beach-side residential retreat. The area offers a range of fantastic contemporary apartments with ocean views, sprawling properties and coastal homes on one of the Northern Beaches most beautiful beaches – Collaroy Beach.
A well-known surfing hotspot, Collaroy is less than 17 kilometres from the Sydney CBD and is well serviced by buses travelling to Wynyard and ferries from Manly.
