With over 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and business management Michael Conolly is one of Australia’s most respected Property Management experts having been in various corporate roles, such as General Manager and State Manager of portfolios ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 managements. As Head of Network for McGrath Property Management, Michael fulfils a strategic role for the company in developing the vision for customer focused service throughout the entire McGrath network.

As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Maria has dedicated 25 years to the Real Estate profession, and prior to joining McGrath held directorships of two Real Estate offices. Paul is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of McGrath Limited. He joined McGrath Estate Agents in 2006 as Finance Manager and has been in his current position since July 2008. Prior to this he was Financial Controller of NYK Logistics (Australia) has had significant experience serving in senior finance and operational positions in Australia and the United Kingdom.
