You will be employed on a wage by McGrath from the first day of your employment and placed in one of our top offices under the supervision of leading agents.

The next program will commence in July 2013. Intake is limited to 20 selected applicants. This program is about finding, training and bringing into our business the people who can become the next John McGrath, the future generation of leaders in our industry. A benchmarking process will be undertaken to select 20 candidates with the highest potential.

What costs are involved? Selected applicants into the Future Leaders Program will be required to pay an 18 month course tuition fee of $6,500 plus GST.

The Future Leaders Program will require a high level of commitment both in terms of time and meeting pre-set performance criteria. The format will be an initial classroom based schedule followed by regular accountability meetings, a full day coaching session every month as well as other pre-arranged group forums involving guest speakers and industry experts. You will be required to meet the performance criteria and display competency in all areas of the program before being eligible to graduate.
