Experienced and professional, Jo Mudge has enjoyed a long career in real estate. She began her career 20 years ago as a receptionist in a Murwillumbah real estate agency. While there, she gained a thorough understanding of the people and property of the far north coast. Known for her organisational skills, discipline and attention to detail, Jo gravitated towards property management. Jo’s growing expertise prompted her to upgrade her qualifications and she became a fully licensed real estate agent. Today, Jo is a talented property manager at McGrath Tweed Heads.  

Specialising in the areas of Coolangatta, Banora Point, Terranora, Tweed Heads, Tweed Heads South and Tweed Heads West, Jo provides clients with unrivalled service.  As a long-time local resident, Jo has close connections within her community and she enjoys building relationships with everyone she deals with. As Jo says, she takes pride in “dealing with landlords and tenants in a fair and reasonable manner”. Jo’s experience in real estate means that she’s dealt with a vast range of clients and managed a huge range of properties.  She says that she “understands clients need to feel their property it is in safe hands and that it will be managed with great care.”  Conscientious and hard working, Jo manages her day-to-day tasks efficiently, including ensuring rents are paid promptly, pursing rents in arrears and monitoring the maintenance of properties. Highly motivated, Jo has also undertaken continual professional training. As a result, she is “fully abreast of changes within the industry and is able to work within the bounds of updated legislation”.
