Dear Trever, Wow, what can I say, but thankyou so much for everything you have done to assist us in such a quick sale of our property. I believe, one day on the market – surely this must be rare for a property to be sold, and the sign wasn’t even up at the time of the first (and last!) open inspection. Especially with the current market conditions, what an exceptional result. When Pat and I decided to sell our house, we interviewed four real estate agents. We followed your marketing strategy that you believed was best for our house. Yes it may have cost us a little more than a typical agent’s strategy, but LOOK at the result we got. We did this because we had total confidence in you and your team and we knew up front that this was the best strategy to use with our property. The advertising, the professional photographer, the sign. There is absolutely nothing to fault. What you promised, you delivered.
With our first open inspection, I felt a little bit overwhelmed. But, you (and your team) turned up 45 minutes early and assisted me with the final preparations and helped reduce my anxiety, I was worried because the sign wasn’t up, but I still had total trust and faith in your capabilities. Then you kicked me out (nicely !!). You told us, no expectations, so we had no expectations. Good advice.
On that very day, we were made an offer. We would have accepted that offer but we asked you to work your magic, and this you did to an exemplory standard and achieved another $20K for us to put in our pockets. Absolutely unbelievable.
But, you did not stop there. You assisted with access for the building and pest inspection as well as the valuer. Nothing was a problem to you or out of your way.
Although contracts had been exchanged, we still had the property listed as “open for inspection” the following Saturday (as it was too late to cancel the advertising). Notwithstanding this, as a true professional, you turned up and spoke with all of the potential buyers that still came around to have a look.
