Thomas McGlynn is a widely experienced, highly respected real estate professional who has made his mark in the Queensland industry since commencing his career in 2004. He has been at the forefront of McGrath’s expansion into the Queensland market and has been instrumental in the company’s substantial growth and success.

His energy and passion for real estate mean that Thomas successfully wears a number of hats within the McGrath organisation. Having enjoyed success as a residential sales agent, he now acts as Sales Manager for both the Paddington and Bulimba offices, overseeing the sales teams and providing direction and guidance to a growing stable of agents.

He has also had extensive experience as a performance coach for the company where his enthusiasm and passion for real estate came to the fore while training and mentoring agents across the McGrath network, sharing his knowledge and insight.

Thomas is also highly regarded for his skills as an Auctioneer and as McGrath Queensland’s Head Auctioneer he has been involved in auctions right across QLD, NSW and the ACT
