As the founder of Klaric Partners Property Consultants, established in Sydney 1997, Robert Klaric takes pride in his reputation to provide a dynamic, innovative and progressive service to the widespread community of Seaforth and Balgowlah areas. Now incorporating McGrath to combine an industry-leading brand with his wealth of experience, local market knowledge and comprehensive client service.  

He will lead the new McGrath Seaforth office and will be continuing to specialise in the popular suburbs of Seaforth, Clontarf and Balgowlah. Having lived and worked in these areas over the past 23 years himself, Robert has established an extensive understanding and appreciation for the many lifestyle attractions that these harbourside locations provide.   

Robert’s lengthy career has left him widely recognised among colleagues for a number of performance awards including several area record prices. He has proven results in the art of negotiation and leaves his clients assured that they have received the best price possible. Some of these notable achievements include:

Robert started work in the real estate industry in 1988 after over a decade in hospitality. In 2011 he celebrated his 23rd wedding anniversary with Leonie and enjoys life with their children Alex and Renee. Robert gives value back to the industry and the community. He is a past President of the Real Estate Institute (Northern Beaches) of NSW and is frequently sought by leading print media for expert commentary on the real estate market in Sydney.

Robert is involved in the Sophie Delezio charity ‘Day of Difference’ and ‘Bear Cottage Hospice Manly’ for critically ill children, as well as sponsoring the Seaforth Football Club and Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights public schools. A recent heart-felt project recognised as Audrey’s wish consisted of Robert and Leonie Klaric assisting in the purchase of a home to help a terminally ill cancer sufferer, Audrey Myrden provide for her three children.
