"Our dealing with Phillip Wright was nothing short of excellent. After a failed 12 week campaign and being left with a large marketing bill, we were rather despondent and exhausted from all the open house inspections. Having been looking to purchase a property for around 6months we had met Phil at many an open home he was viewing. From then we built a relationship with him and could see how he really worked for the vendor by getting to know “real” potential buyers well. I truly feel this is an important key quality that he has. We could see how he works really hard at pushing together a sale and keeps in contact, frequently with buyers.
