Mark Saad is the sort of person who tends to be described as a ‘mover and shaker’. A fully licensed real estate agent, Mark was responsible for successfully establishing the Richardson and Wrench real estate franchise in Western Australia. As managing principal at McGrath Hornsby, Mark leads the operations of the sales team, handling properties in Thornleigh, Westleigh, Normanhurst, Waitara, Hornsby, Hornsby Heights, Asquith, Mt Colah, Mt Ku-ring-gai, Berowra, Berowra Waters, Cowan and Brooklyn. When assisting clients with property sales, Mark says that he “makes communication with clients a top priority,” adding that “a well-informed vendor is a satisfied vendor.”  Possessing a thorough understanding of the local property market, Mark can be relied upon to give clients honest, expert advice about their property and to read the property market intelligently.
