Eager to explore fresh opportunities, Lou established an international gift sales business with a factory in Thailand, prior to entering the world of real estate 9 years ago where she became the principal of a boutique Sunshine Coast agency.

A Balmain local, Lou has enjoyed returning to her much loved neighbourhood and becoming part of a dynamic team at McGrath.  She now proudly works with a team considered the best in their field and believes the marketing, culture and professionalism within the organisation are the ideal ingredients for success.
