Kate Lorden brings a passionate and client-focused approach backed by more than 20 years of industry experience to her role as licensee in charge of McGrath’s Balmain office and focusing on driving new business.

With a reputation for excellence and passionate for customer service that has earned her a loyal client base, Kate believes that a major reason for her success is an unwavering desire to get the best results for clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Following the company’s merger of the Kate and her sister's successful independent agency Sarah Lorden Real Estate, she says she is excited about the reinvigorated potential of the McGrath Balmain office.

“McGrath has the most up-to-date technology and systems, which will benefit our clients,” she says. “There was already a great synergy between the two companies and we bring with us excellent area knowledge, proven track records and great results.”

A resident of the Balmain area for almost 30 years, Kate has developed strong community ties and demonstrates a deep level of commitment to social sponsorship. She was recognised for ongoing support of charities and local community organisations at the 2009 and 2010 Real Estate Institute Awards.
