I wanted to write and personally thank you for your service, professionalism and skill in negotiating the transaction for my recent purchase of 9 Jean Marie Close, Erina. Being in the industry myself, I have always found it difficult to purchase a property through an agent, generally because of their lack of training and understanding of the process and the emotional factor in buying a new home.
