After more than 20 years working with or representing many of Australia's leading developers, highly accomplished property sales and marketing professional, James Bell, now offers his expertise to clients of McGrath.

 James has for the last decade been a market leader in database marketing and VIP launches of medium to large residential projects, achieving sales records and record prices across the Sydney marketplace. He was responsible for the sale of over 120 small and large scale projects for over $5 billion in sales during his time with Mirvac as Director of Sales (NSW). Some notable projects include the harbour front city precinct Walsh Bay, Renzo Piano's Macquarie Apartments, Pacific Place at Chatswood, Newington (which formed part of the Athletes' Village at the 2000 Olympics), Rhodes Waterside, Latitude in Milsons Point and numerous other house and land estates in western Sydney. With Mirvac, James was also a member of the New Business Group which chose potential development sites for purchase seeing the transactions through from feasibility to settlement.

 After leaving Mirvac in October 2009, James joined CB Richard Ellis Residential Projects as Associate Director, listing and managing new project sales and releases. These included involvement in the marketing of Roseville Pavilions - 32 apartments in Nola Road Roseville, Monterey Keys Neutral Bay - 56 apartments, Stamford Cosmopolitan Double Bay - $85m project for Stamford Properties, Viking Apartments Waterloo - 108 apartments and Gantry Camperdown -192 apartments.

 Few people have such a wide exposure to the real estate and development industry, and James' success is based on an intense knowledge of the industry, a thorough understanding of all aspects of the development and sales process and the desire to maximise opportunities for his clients assisting in every way possible to take a project through to a successful outcome.

 James works with a group of nine office in Sydney's north and north west within the McGrath network to service their significant data baseof new property buyers and developer clients.
