More than 15 years industry experience, a qualification in interior design and a strong dedication to her clients makes Deanne Hobday a great asset as a residential sales agent. Added to these skills is Deanne’s personal experience buying and selling her own investment properties, giving her an intimate understanding of the selling process from both sides. Deanne has always dreamed of selling real estate along the coast and now this vision has come to fruition with her appointment at McGrath Newcastle. This skilled agent brings with her experience in a number of differing markets including Melbourne, Mosman, Sydney’s north shore, inner west and the central coast. Deanne said she was looking forward to making her mark in Newcastle.
“I was born in the country and my family and I were looking for a more relaxed lifestyle. The beach drew us here,” Deanne said.
“One of the reasons I got into real estate was because I thought it was a great job that I could do anywhere.” When talking about her property experience, Deanne emphasised her commitment to her clients.
“I care about my clients and getting the best results for them. I work hard for that outcome,” she said. “My work in interior design means I have an understanding of architecture and I like to help my clients present their property well.”
Deanne has high aspirations for her time in Newcastle: “I want to be the number one agent for the beachside suburbs I specialise in and be the person people call first when they’re thinking of selling.”
Deanne was brilliant, she made us feel comfortable and welcome at the open house and then that continued throughout the whole process. She was available at any time, excited about our purchase (which was rather nice) and gave some good tips regarding the new suburb.
