In 2008, Ben also equalled the record for the highest ever house sale for Centennial Park with the sale of 12 Martin Road for $10,000,000. In 2009, he broke the Potts Point record with the sale of  ‘Jenner House’ 2 Macleay Street for $15,000,000. He also broke the record for Surry Hills in 2012 with the sale of 5 Bennett Place for $5,710,000
