Our dealings with Ashley and Chris were excellent - from the first time we showed an interest in the property to the completion of the sale their willingness to help was much appreciated. As first time buyers in Australia we relied heavily on their help in understanding the buying process, sometimes at the last minute! We found them timely and consistent in their response to questions about the property leading up to the auction day - as well as help around solicitors and surveyors that were well known.

Post the contract signing their help in working through some of the hiccups (original lender not coming through etc...) provided very much a steadying hand in the process for us. All up a nerve racking but positive experience made easier for their support.
