Adam presented and conducted himself as a knowledgeable, professional and reliable real estate agent. In deciding which real estate agent to use we were left with 2 options the second being a friend who was offering “mate’s rates” for commission. Our decision to go with Adam based on his professionalism from the very start and he did not disappoint.Within 24 hours of discussing the potential sale of our property over the phone we had Adam in our living room with a thorough report on our property, the area, recent sales history and a proposed plan of attack.
