Hard working, knowledgeable and highly motivated, Adam Jones is passionate about the area he lives and works in. A registered sales person in the ACT and NSW, Adam is part of the sales team at McGrath Belconnen/Gungahlin. Since beginning his career in real estate Adam has emerged as one of the ACT’s most determined and committed agents. Known for his impressive work ethic, Adam has earnt a particularly strong reputation among those he’s assisted with property sales. Adam is known for his willingness to roll up his sleeves at every point in the sales process, whether he’s developing marketing material or negotiating a home’s final sale price. Aware of how much is at stake when clients put their homes on the market, Adam goes to great lengths to keep them up-to-date with each development in their sales campaign. As he says, “the key to a great sales experience is communication; by offering constant feedback and advice I can lower clients’ stress levels and raise their excitement levels.  I make it my business to answer every question and anticipate my client’s needs.” Adam’s approach to property sales has translated into some outstanding results. In fact, he’s set a number of record sale prices for properties in the region. Adam achieved an area record for his $1.85 million sale of a home in Sutton Park NSW, and he also netted $1.7 million for a residence in Googong NSW. Given this, it’s no surprise that Adam won a ‘Highest Achiever’ award for his sales results in 2008.  

Proactive and highly motivated, Adam’s approach to real estate is also greatly appreciated by buyers. He says “I enjoy challenges, and that includes finding homes for frustrated buyers.” Equipped with a real breadth of knowledge when it comes to the local property market, Adam is “willing to do whatever it takes to identify appropriate properties for my clients’ consideration.”
